$499 is not that bad a price and it's a damn good product.
Yeah but if you are interested in the home edition you are still paying $100, and your LabVIEW is only $50.
Oh and as a manager my employees "software is free" so why should I pay an additional $500 for this toolkit, they can write it given enough time...
Anyway I think that toolkit has its place, I think those that have a need for it and buy it will like it.
