LabView Control and Simulation Toolbox

I'm taking a LabView 2023 Udemy class from Saim Khan.  I'm currently working on Section 4 Lesson 65 Differential Equations Control and Simulate that requires installing the Control & Simulate Toolbox.  I used the NI package Manager and installed the 32-bit vrersion and tried to activate it but failed.

Is LabVIEW 2023 32-bit (free) Community Q3 Edition able to load the Control & Simulate Toolbox without paying any fees?  And, if so how do I activate it?

I believe that you are referring to the LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module. It requires a Full or Professional Edition of LabVIEW. See LabVIEW 2021 Control Design and Simulation Module Readme - National Instruments

You cannot activate any modules with LabVIEW Community Edition.

Beginning with LabVIEW 2023 Q1, Application: Version Year property is deprecated.

Beginning with LabVIEW 2023 Q1, LabVIEW no longer supports MathScript Node. Refer to the support document Migrating to LabVIEW MATLAB Functions from MathScript Nodes for more information.

Beginning with LabVIEW 2023 Q1, LabVIEW no longer supports the LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module.

Beginning with LabVIEW 2023 Q1, LabVIEW no longer supports GPIB on macOS.

In LabVIEW 2023 Q1, all controls previously called NXG Style are now named Fuse Design System. Refer to Fuse Design System for more information.

So you need to install the LabVIEW 2022 Q3 version to install the last 2022 Q3 CDS ( Control Design and Simulation ) Module.

But you can only download the newest LabVIEW 2023 Q3 version without an active subscription.
