The top of the forum lists a series of training options.
Some are free (e.g. "Learn LabVIEW Basics"), whilst others are included with an SSP (if you have an Academic Site Licence, you will (may?) have this available) - this option is labelled "Online Training (SSP Required)".
The Online Training option offers the Core 1 and Core 2 courses, which are a good place to start out as a beginner. They cover a lot of the useful basic topics and after that you could look into the more advanced courses covering topics like Object-Oriented Programming and so on.
There is also the NI Badge Program which now includes a series of free "exams" and gives out badges that can be associated with Acclaim (a website) and connected to e.g. LinkedIn.
The "real"/main certifications are the CLAD, CLD and CLA exams (Certified LabVIEW {Associate Developer, Developer, Architect}) which have a cost associated with them and take longer to complete - 1hr for CLAD (multiple choice) and 4 hours for the CLD and CLA exams (using LabVIEW at a test centre or online).
Hope this is helpful!
