Hello everybody,
for my diploma thesis I work with a compact rio (cRIO 9074) system with two I/O-modules. After some researches I created a small project which includes a fpga- and a host-vi. I wanted to test my project, so I compiled the fpga-vi and wanted to run the host-vi. But then I got an error which told me, that the versions of the LabView Real-Time Software between Host-PC and target (is the cRIO-controller meant?) are different.
As solution I was told to check the versions and reinstall the Real-Time-Software using MAX. Now my problem is, that I don't know where I can check the version and/or how I can fix the problem to get the project running.
I added the errorwindow (in German) as attachment.
I hope you can help me.
Best regard,
Schu3

MAX is National Instruments' Measurement and Automation Explorer. Open that, then expand "Remote Systems." You should see your cRIO system. Expand that and you'll see "software" in the list. Right-click on it and choose to install software. That will open a window that will let you select which software, and which version, to install on the cRIO. Install the version of LabVIEW that matches the one you are using for development.
