Try mass compiling all your Labview 6 VIs and subvis (Tools menu - Advanced - Mass Compile).   Run only after mass compiling.

Labview 6 was written for an earlier version of Mac OS.  When Mac went from version 9 to OSX, there were some major changes.  If mass compiling don't work, you may have to write the VIs again in LV2010.

When you say you cannot control machines, you omitted a lot of specific information. How are you communicating with the machines? Almost all methods of communicating with external hardware have changed since LV 6.  Many of the drivers will not update and in some cases no equivalent is available.  Tell us exactly what you are trying to do so that we can help. As tbob pointed out there were major changes between OS 9 and OS X and more changes when Apple switched to Intel processors.
