Labview 2024.1 FP.Monitor property node and Windows 11

Hi all,

I use the property node FP.Monitor to lock a panel to a specific monitor. However since I updated to Win 11 the actual monitor it locks to changes depending on its "mood". Sometimes the three monitors are 0,1,2. Sometimes 1,2,3. Win10 always set the monitors correctly.

Is this a Win 11 bug (like many) or is there a fix say using another method.

You could consider using .NET to get monitor information instead of LabVIEW, which might behave differently... I don't have Win11 to check.
