What updated driver? This sounds like a Matlab installation issue. Did it specifically identify a driver installed by NI?

The relationship between LabVIEW and Matlab has been somewhat tumultuous over the years. When Mathworks introduces new version of Matlab they don't always work with existing versions of LabVIEW. For LV 7 I think Matlab 6/6.5 was the one that was around. Compatibility with Matlab 7 was with LV 7.1, I think. Thus, to get compatibility with the newest version of Matlab you will likely need to upgrade LabVIEW.

Actually i need the driver to use  NI hardware with Matlab the newest version.

Two software install on my PC, one of them are  Labview Experss 7 the other one Matlab 2009/1.

When i install the DAQmx 9.0.2 the DAQ asistant  is not working in LV Express at the same time the PC not find any NI device for using with Matlab

OK, that's a totally different issue. It appears that you're not trying to call Matlab from LabVIEW, but rather use NI hardware with either LabVIEW or Matlab. Did I understand this correctly?

DAQmx 9.0.2 does not support LabVIEW 7. This chart shows you which versions of DAQmx support which versions of LabVIEW: NI-DAQ & LabVIEW Version Compatibility (for Windows).

As for using NI hardware directly from Matlab, you can either:
