Is labview compatible with MacOs Ventura on M1 ?

also, how can i access the license acquired by my university to be able to download the full version if it's compatible ?

Depends what you mean. LabVIEW for the Mac is an Intel x64 application but people have installed it and made it work on M1 Macs. But it is not straightforward and you can’t use it with most hardware as that needs device drivers and Rosetta2 can not virtualize Intel x64 compiled device drivers but an M1/2 Mac requires ARM64 compiled drivers.
