I am having trouble understanding this concept of array manipulation VI. Please help me to fix the problem related to the source and sink.

It looks like all of your problem indicators are scalers when they should be arrays.  Right-click on the controls on the front panel and choose "Change To Array".  It looks like many of those, you will also need to expand to be a 2D array (I usually just drag the array index to have 2 indexes, making it a 2D array).
