Which LabVIEW version do you use?

There were reports of DAQAssistent problems (like yours) for one of the last versions!

Strong recommendation: get rid of that ExpressVI and use real DAQmx functions.

That post contains no details that would help us identify the problem with your environment.   We are not sitting in front of your monitor or using your mouse.

What Software Products, Versions and patches are you seeking help with?  What LabVIEW IDE are you using (Base, Full, Pro, Student, evaluation, Community?) Which version on DAQmx? you can find that information in NI MAX under the software section. What order were they installed in?  Did you reboot? Are your licenses Active?  Did it work before? What changed before it stopped working?
