Limits of tdms data logging

I am generating and acquiring data at 1M S/sec sampling rate. I need to acquire data for 1000 seconds. Which means, total 1M x 1000 samples (10^9 samples). I am not sure whether single tdms file can handle this much data or not? The excel file has limit of 1 million rows. Is there any limitation for tdms format? Will there be any data loss if tdms file is too big?

I want good accuracy ie no sample loss because I will process this file in matlab.
