I want to create an M-circle from a transfer function. And I don't know how can i do this. Thanks for your help!

Just turn on the Nyquist Plane on an XY Graph. Those are the M-circles, your transfer function is shown in white.
Axes are obviously real/imaginary instead of time/amplitude
