MAX Network settings tab is blank

Hi,

I have connected a cDAQ 9181 directly to my computer and it appears under Network Devices in MAX. However, the problem is that I can only see information under the System Settings tab, while the Network Settings tab is entirely empty (blank white page). Can anybody help? Below you see how it looks in MAX for the two tabs.

How about showing us a screen shot of the Devices and Interfaces details in MAX, and one of the Software details in MAX?  The latter will answer the question "What version of LabVIEW are you using?" and "What version of the Drivers are you using?".

This behavior seems really strange, makes me think of a bad installation.  When did you install the latest LabVIEW version?  Did things work before this latest installation (i.e. "has this ever worked")?
