MAximizing doesn't maximize

This is just LabVIEW.  Not Windows 10.

By the way, the 10-pixel is not a random number, it the difference between FP.WinBounds and FP.PanelBounds.

Yes is LabVIEW, but I mean is labVIEW WITH WIn10. I never had this problem with older OS.
Is not 10px teh correct setting, is 9. 10px get a pixel outside of the screen.
However...if so, there should be a 10px border not visible but with no way to make it visible and most of all, If maximized and not resizable, why it is still movable? It seems a bug to me.

Maximized is a windows' status, can be queried.  And the maximize box on the titlebar will change.  Not just the size same as workarea.

If a window is indeed maximized, it is not movable.  And if a window is movable, it is not maximized.

That's it!
For some reason, it seems that LabVIEW with WIN10 is no more able to properly maximize.
If I set maximize and Allow to resize, the front panel cover almost the entire screen. it leaves just a pixel on each side and it is movable
If I set maximize and don't allow to resize, the front panel leaves 10 pixel from each side but is no more movable.

And it all seems a Title bar problem. If I don't show the title bar, I have a full maximize front panel.
But i can't close or minimize the window 😞

it's more like a compromise, since LabVIEW has to work with all OS.

In my previous post, I said:

Sorry, this is not true.  I take it back.
