Thank you for taking the time to craft a response that I hope marketing will study.
I have not seen any messages, from the marketing department, that gives me reassurance of the future of the Macintosh for non RT DAQ. The actions of only supporting RT or native 9.2 speaks much louder than the words "We continue to support the Macintosh platform". Macintosh users have spent a lot of money supporting NI and we deserve "real upgrades". LV 7 benefitted RT users but I, and others paid for two, so far unusable, versions of LV 7.
It is incredible that there is not a public plan about the "development route" for Labview. The present strategy could only have been more definite if NI had presented us with th
e cross platform software upgrade.
