it is necessary to have a Matlab license to run a Matlab script in the Matlab Script Node.
I am certain this license is required to run Matlab Script in the IDE. But is a Matlab license also required to run an executable built by the Application Builder from G Code that has in it Matlab code in a Matlab Script Node?
You would at least need a Matlab runtime license. If that exists and how much it costs if anything and how to install it would be however better asked to the Matlab support.
