Ah ha, the problem was that the DAQ assistant wasn't seeing it as a first call on subsequent iterations, so wasn't setting up the channels, managed to solve that bit now. Is there any way to speed up the data collection though? at the moment it takes about 25 seconds to go through all the channels which is a little slow.
