Moving LabView license to other user

Hi,

we have few 2017 and 2019 licences bought to our company. Now one of the users is doing other projects and we'd like to move his licence to other user in our company. What are the steps for performing this?

On licence manager user can deactivate licence, what other steps needs to be done before next user can activate that licence on his computer?

The official way:
You will need to contact NI Customer Support (Operations), and they will send you a form to fill out to transfer the license.

^ Or at least this was the process when I last had to do it a few years ago.

However, if your colleague just enters the same serial number in NI License Manager it'll work.
