My Project (Enhanced Grocery Security System)

Could anyone please help me to integrate these different VI's into 1.

This project is about making a security system that has an email function and geolocate function.
The scenario is that this system would be placed on a grocery store's cashier.
If there's an emergency (like a robbery) the employee will need to hold the button for 3 seconds for the system to play audio (in store alert), and will send an email to a geolocated address (a nearby police station). So far this is my progress of compiling different VI's and trying to implement them together.

Do you have any specific question? What have you tried and where did you get stuck?

Who wrote the VIs? What is your hardware? Why is at least one VI in LabVIEW 2024? Why do you have dialogs with greedy loops that write the windows title millions of times per second until the user interacts?

I am not sure where to start as I just compiled all of these VI's that could help in my idea. I thought I could just merge all of these VI's and make it work but, I don't know where to wire nor not know when to use such VI's. 

I got these VI's as well just from searching.

There is no hardware involved as all of these should be simulated. (This is a graded project where no hardware should be involved and just NI LabVIEW)

I am now trying to make it from scratch but even making a hold button function I find hard. (Trying to make this first alongside it playing an audio)

Update: I have made the hold and audio combo, I just need to implement the google maps and email feature

Update: I got to do all the functions needed for the project, I just need tips on what to enhance on and improve on the system further.

My problems also currently is the email function giving me error 56 and then the geolocation function just being the map and not showing the place properly.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Is there any fix to the errors on the email? I always get the ones with error 56 and error 3XXXXX 

I have tried all the solutions available in this community, I just wanna ask if there are alternatives.

REMEMBER TO USE APP PASSWORD AND PASTE IT WITHOUT SPACES: EMAIL FUNCTION WORKS!
