NI 9181 and NI 9185 not getting detected in NI max even after downloading compatible DAQmx version for the hardware required.

I have my program code written in LabVIEW 2016 version and we used to work with NI DAQ 9181 with DAQmx 16.

After few modifications in our requirement, we also added NI 9185 now since NI 9185 is compatible with DAQmx version 17.1 or higher we upgraded our DAQmx to higher version 2024. Now since than our Hardware is not getting detected. We also tried deleting all software even LabVIEW and reinstalled LabVIEW 2016 now with DAQmx 17.1 version but still Hardware is not getting detected.

Also note that we are using an ethernet to USB converter to connect to our computer since it does not have an ethernet port. We thought that it must be a port issue, but it isn't. Also note there is no fault in the hardware as well.
