NI DAQmx 9.2.1 driver installation

Hi,

I have installed Labview 8.6 on my PC running on windows 7 32 bits. My PC hangs halfway through the installation of NI DAQmx 9.2.1 driver software. May I know what happened?

I experienced the same thing when I reinstalled LabVIEW. I cancelled it and restarted the installation. The first time, I was doing alot on the computer while it was installing the driver. The last time, I didn't even move the mouse hehe And it worked

I also disconnected all the DAQ equipment I had.

Hi Even,

I am wondering if that is compatibility issue between labview 8.6 and NI DAQmx 9.2.1 or due to the windows 7 32 bit hat i am using. I installed labview 8.6 via the setup.exe found inside labview 8.6 distribution folder. Did the installation of NI DAQmx 9.2.1 hang because of some missing files?

Hi!

I first ran the Dvd's for installing LabVIEW 2010. During the installation I got prompted for the driver DVD. When the driver setup had reached around 70% it hanged. So I cancelled it and ran the setup from the driver DVD itself.

i was installing it on a windows 7 32-bit system.
