NI_DSC.lvlib locked

Hello, 

I moved the Labview project to a new PC, but it shows to me that the library "NI_DSC.lvlib is locked" and asking me for password. As shown in the attached picture. Is there any way to solve this issue?

Have you activated the Datalogging and Supervisory Control(DSC) Module or DSC Module Run-Time System on your new PC?

Yes, but still have the same problem.

Its OK, the message clearly stated that you can't EDIT this library, its like password-protected VI. DSC shall be functional (if properly installed and activated).

For me the same:

DSC is activated:

and appeared on the LabVIEW's splash screen:

and all VIs are here:

and the message as well in attempt to open this library:

The message shown above appeared in absense of DSC Debug Deployment License and seems to be slightly wrong. But even if I'll activate DSC Debug Deployment as well, then turned into:

But this not affect DSC functionality. If you haven't activated, then you will get appropriate error returned from DSC SubVIs, but you can't edit and touch content of this proprietary library. 

Or is something in your DSC Module is not working properly?
