NI Update Service - RT 2019 Sp1 Info Link Not Working

NI Update Service is telling me that 2019 f1 (http://www.ni.com/r/rt2019sp1patch) is available.

The link in the information section does not go anywhere - http://www.ni.com/r/rt2019sp1patch  just loads http://www.ni.com/placeholder

Where is the information on this update available?

If you are running the NI Update Service from your PC, then it should enable you (from within itself) to download and install whatever Updates you select.  Note that by default, it shows "Critical Updates", but I think there's a button somewhere that shows Updates, where you should see the SP1 version.  Select and sit back ...

Yes, it will download, but I wanted to read the descriptions of the included changes.
