If I try to make a service request to NI via the website it enters an endless loop:
When Labview is restarted after a crash a dialog appears offering to report the problem to NI. This always results in a 'Page not found' error or similar.
Is this sort of thing just to be expected these days or are they making a special case for me?
I have an active Labview Professional Debug and Deployment license for which I was issued a new serial number, however when I try to download 2024 Q3 it tells me it does not recognise that serial number, If I enter my old serial number from a decade ago I can 'see' the debug/deployment license but still can't download 2024 Q3.

Thanks for the note, will check both issues. Creating a case to have our team reach out and will check why are the reports not being shared correctly.
