Need Help with LABView Community Installation Error
Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to the community for some assistance with an installation error I've been encountering while trying to install LABView on my Windows 10 system. I've attempted to install various versions to see if any installs correctly, including 2020, 2020 SP1, 2021, 2021 SP1, 2022 Q3, and 2024 Q1, but unfortunately, I keep running into the same issue during the installation process.
The error message I consistently receive is as follows:
"An error occurred while removing a package: ni-mssilverlight (5.1.8.49152-0+f0)
Additional error information:
An error occurred in OnTransactionStep for transaction type 'remove'."
I've tried troubleshooting this problem on my own but haven't had any luck so far. I thought I'd reach out to the community to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any insights into how to resolve it.
I'm attaching screenshots of the error message for each version I've attempted to install.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
