Need information on programming for MTS 407/458 controller using labview

I have mts 407/458 controller i need to control and monitor the signals using Labview application

so can anyone please tell me what are the things required to start with my application in labview

I have NI PCI- 6353 hardware to connect to mts controller..

Did you bother reading the manual on the controllers?  http://www.mts.com/en/services/Manuals/index.htm

The MTS 407 requires optional serial communication module. Not sure what you planned on doing with the PCI-6353.

I'm using NI PCIe- series Multifunctional DAQ and NI-SCB 68 connector block for DAQ.If you can give me brief idea

on what all are required to start with this..

Please also correct me if i'm wrong in selecting the hardware for this requirement..

Your hardware choice makes no sense if the controller has a serial interface. The DAQ card can be replaced with a cheap USB-RSxxx converter. I suppose in theory you could write some custom code for the DAQ card but that would only make the purchase even more expensive.
