Network latency measurement with GPS position log

So, I was fully revised the structure (using some available for me examples). And now it seems working!  GPS2 and GPS3 columns was added only for future data from GPS. But I'm not sure how to add a time stamp to the table.

And also, is it optimal desing or not?
