No Headers In Measurement file

When I use the Measurement File vi I can't get the names of the signals to appear in the .lvm file as part of the header.  What am I doing wrong?

When you convert to dynamic data, there is simply no header information available. You can add it by converting to waveform data type and adding the attribute with a property node. Have you searched for this question? It's been asked and answered a number of times such as here. It may be just as easy to skip the Write to Measurement File and write your own header with the low level file I/O functions.

Thanks for the help and very useful link.  I now have headers in the lvm but I now could do with the actual or real time in the first column (time)? I currently just get '0' (I have set the axis's to show just 1 column).  I am thinking that I now need to feed the H:M:S in, any suggestions as my DAQ system does not give any time data although I have graph displays that use the PC time to give their time axis?

Many thanks

When you create the waveform data type, use the Build Waveform function to write the t0 and dt information that you are writing to the graphs to get the time display.
