I want to solve a 2nd order ODE.
Can "ODE Euler Method" solve 2nd order ODE?
Or it just can solve First order ODE?

How well do you know Numerical Methods? If you know what you are doing, you can use the Fiirst-Order Euler Method to solve a Second Order system. [I'm tempted to say that if you have to ask the question, you shouldn't be trying to do this ...].
