Offline Maps in LabVIEW

I want to manage and display offline maps in LabVIEW. This includes the ability to input latitude and longitude to navigate to specific locations, as well as the ability to place markers and save locations. Could anyone please provide guidance on how to approach this?

OpenStreetMap (OSM) Tiles: OpenStreetMap is a popular choice for offline maps. You can download map tiles for offline use and display them in LabVIEW.

Can you please elaborate it by implementing it in LabVIEW? I had downloaded the maps. There is main folder of maps (HaripurSatellite) in which folders are present representing z (like 0,1,2, etc) which have further folders representing x (like 0, 1, 2, etc) and in which maps tiles representing y.jpg are present shown in the attached pics.

I don't know much more about it, but there are a few threads on the forums.  I've never done it myself.
