PCI-1405 安装在 WIN 10 64下可以吗

What is the question?

When you want to use that "very old" hardware you should also use a "very old" computer with the software needed for that hardware (including the correct Windows version)...

Somewhere around NI-IMAQ 19.0, NI removed support for camera interfaces other than their CameraLink devices (143x).

So you should make sure to us.e an earlier one but not to early, as it also needs to support Windows 10. And if you use a newer LabVIEW version than 2018 you are in a bit of a bind as the NI-IMAQ 18.x only installs support VIs into LabVIEW 2015 - 2018
