PXIe-8430/8 Can't Find VISA Resource Name

Hello,

I am using PXIe-8430/8 and trying to communicate through the serial ports (example COM10). When I try to open the "Open VISA Test Panel" from NI-MAX I get the attached error message (NI-VISA Error 2.JPG). When I run the example VI (Continuous Serial Write and Read.vi) the VISA resource name control doesn't show the COM# in the drop down list (NI-VISA Error 2.JPG). A screenshot of the NI-MAX configuration is also attached (NI-VISA Error 3.JPG).

Any help to resolve the problem will be highly appreciated!

I had tried those steps explained in the below link which is almost similar to what you had mentioned with no success:

I tried entering an "*" mark under "Remote Address". But it didn't help.
