When I try to install Labview the installer fails and returns error
"The server returned an unexpected status code (403) while trying to access URL 'https://download.ni.com/support/nipkg/pool/ni-v/ni-vivado-2021.1-bin/22.3.0/22.3.0.49291-0+f139/ni-v...'. Check your Internet connection and try again. If this error persists, the server may be down."
It manage to download other modules, but fails on this, tried on two computers now and both fails on same package.

If you're still having this problem, please share exactly what product, version, and language you are trying to install?

Hi,
I´m having the same problem here in my desktop. How did you solve this issue?
Thanks in advanced for your help.

Hi Rodolfo, this type of error suggests some issue with network connectivity, and I am not aware of this happening very often nor any recent issue with ni.com download services.
1. As Wes asked above, can you share more about what product, version, and language you are installing?
2. Also how are you installing it, such as, what download from ni.com are you using or are you using NI Package Manager's Browse Products tab?
3. If you try the installation again, is it still repeatable? If you enter the URL from error in a browser, does the file download successfully?
4. If (3) fails, does the https:// version of the URL work in the browser?
5. You might be able to download an offline version of the software you are installing. You can always download the latest offline version of any software installer from ni.com, and any previous version if you have active support.

Hi Mr Richardson,
Here more information following your requires:
1. As Wes asked above, can you share more about what product, version, and language you are installing?
I ´m installing Labview, but this issue occur already when the computer is installing the NI package manager
2. Also how are you installing it, such as, what download from ni.com are you using or are you using NI Package Manager's Browse Products tab?
Downloading the installer of Labview from ni.com. When I download it, there are a redirection to Ni package manager, then the issue occur.
4. If (3) fails, does the https:// version of the URL work in the browser?
No, the company blocked the access to the URL above
5. You might be able to download an offline version of the software you are installing. You can always download the latest offline version of any software installer from ni.com, and any previous version if you have active support.
I already did it, but doesn´t work.

Rodolfo, your answer to (2) suggests that you are used the "Download" button on the ni.com LabVIEW download page to download what we call an "online" installer, which is a small EXE that opens connections with ni.com to download the required packages to install the latest version of NIPM, and then will continue to install LabVIEW. Do you agree that is what you did?
I am assuming that (3) and (4) failed based on your response to (4), so I am assuming your company is blocking that system from connecting to downloads.ni.com. Unless you can remove that restriction, your only option is to download using the Offline button on a download page to download an ISO file with the full LabVIEW installer included.
However, you said that you already downloaded the LabVIEW offline installer and it did not work. Please confirm that you did download a very large ISO file, and that you mounted the file in Explorer, and then you ran the installer? Please share more detail on how this did not work?
