I had the same problem, and some customers had the same too (both with Win XP and Win 7). The application had been working properly for a long time, then the problem started; so I thougth to some Windows update...
But my application doesn't move the file after the print command.
I solved following the instructions here, and registering again IE launching the supplied script.
