[Problem] Analog waveform sbRio 9636

I’m trying to get a wave signal from an exterior signal generator with a differential analog port, but what I can get in my sbRio 9636 is a wave like this (attachment video):

I can’t understand why the signal becomes zero during a while.

In the simplest case, can you put wire only one analog input directly into your FIFO (pipeline it if your timing is too fast) and read that waveform on your host? You are also monitoring the elements remaining in your FIFO, if you log those values, what is the usual value and does that increase at all?
