Problem interfacing with cameralink Basler aca 2000um camera with pylon software

I am currently using Basler Aca 2000-340um with cameralink connections. I connected it with pylon viewer. The camera is detected and open as it said but other options are freezed. 

I check clsercon.dll file and it's in C\program file folder. I do the installation as per manual recommendations.

Would you please suggest me something?
