Problem with Line/Edge Detection

Hello

I have a part of the project requires taking an image that contains two lines and detect them then calculate the tilt angle between them .
My problem is that I tried to use several function in the vision tool (Edge detection, line detection under shape detection and canny edge detection) but none of them works with my image but when I tried to creat an image usinf the paint by draw two lines the detection function were working well..

So could you please help me in how to detect lines in my image..
