Problem with NI Update Service

these days I tried to install Labview 2015 on a new PC.

The installation was successful, but it is impossible to update the drivers via "NI UPDATE SERVICE"

I have a PC that already has Labview 2015 installed and I have been using it for several years. It also has the same problem in searching for updates with NI UPDATE SERVICE (on the PC that I often use I installed version 21.0.0.49241 09/22/2024)
