RAD utility is not asking me for password

Hello all,

I have a issue with the RAD utility.  The version I'm using is from October 2012, V3.0.2.  When I try to deploy an image to a 9014 cRIO, it stops right away with an error.  The error is -2147220598 for invalid username and/or password.  The documenation for RAD states that the NI-Auth will launch a pop up to get the UN and PW, but this is not happening.  When getting the target information, it is clearly shown as being locked (see attached pic).  The RAD has been closed and opened a nuber of times, so (according the to documentation) the cache of passwords should be cleared from unit to unit.  (I'm only running the RAD on this single unit a number of times anyway.)

I've tried to reset the PW to another arbitratry PW so the RAD would prompt me for the info, but nothing.  I've also tried to remove the PW and put it back to blank, but the RIO would not accept that and set it.

So my questions are:

Is there any way to set the cRIO password back to the default admin and <blank> so I can attempt to run the RAD?

Is there a way to unlock the target by other means?

Is there clear the RAD cache and force the UN and PW pop up?

We are working on an update for RAD that will hopefully be posted in the next few weeks that should address this issue.  Your other option would be to grab the source for RAD and make the change your self.  If I remember correctly the NI System Configuration error code has changed, so you just need to update RAD to check for this new code and if it exists pop-up the password dialog and then try again.

Where can I get the source code?  The download I found was just the executable.
