RIO 351 installer link is broken

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I noticed that the links here don't work:

I'm eager to upgrade to the newest version. If anyone has any info on when these links will be fixed or a better link to use, I'd appreciate it.

The only link that is broken for me on that web page is the one for #2 standard download.

#1 NI downloader seems to link just fine.

When I started the downloader exe, it couldn't find its target.

Thanks Ben. Do you get notified once the link is fixed? If so, could you reply to this thread so I am notified. Otherwise, I'll just check the existing link daily for the next few days.
