There is a Proverb that a Picture is Worth 1000 Words. In LabVIEW, a Picture is Worth $0.02 (two cents), a good description of 1000 words is worth 1000 words, and a VI (or a Zipped Project Folder) is Worth Its Weight in Gold.
Your Words say you are running a LabVIEW RT PXI-based system. Your Picture suggests that the error occurs somewhere in the Host (PC) code, rather than in the code running on the PXI. To provide more help (and to even know if these guesses are correct!), we need to have access to the code. Note that we don't even know what version of LabVIEW you are running (but could tell that from any of your VIs).
Since this is LabVIEW RT, I'll assume you are running at least LabVIEW 8-something, so probably are using LabVIEW Project, and possibly have all of your Project VIs in a single folder. The best way for us to help you is for you to compress the Folder containing the Project files (creating a .ZIP file) and attach that Zip when you reply. You should see the Attachment controls just below and to the left of the Reply Message window -- click Choose File and navigate to your ZIP on your drive.
