How can I use more than 17 inputs using MS Office Report express vi?

hello mr darren , can you give me an example standard report generation with 1 or 2 input for template , so i can  modify by my self

In the "False" case, you can see the use of the 'Append Report Text' subVI to append text at various bookmarks in the Word file.
