First off, since your question is not related to the original post, this would be better off as a new post in itself. However, since we're already here, let's see what we can do to help!
It appears that you are doing some interesting things with bluetooth to get your data. What I am guessing is that somehow the data you are putting zeros in the graph between data points from the load cell. This could be more easily verified if you could post your code. Is this a possibility. If not, just check that the data being returned by the load cell is not being populated with zeros somehow.
