No you don't. Look in the Example Finder for Voltage- SW -Timed Input. You can use 1 sample on Demand also.
Why wouldn't you just set up a continuous acquisition with sample rate of 20 Hz? It's like you are asking how to drive a nail, but you don't want to use a hammer.
