Remove custom files on uninstall

Hi Thoric,

Good Evening and I hope your well.

You can get InstallShield from here, http://www.acresso.com/products/is/installshield-overview.htm

and I am under the impression you can modify the uninstall script.

But having a look on google I wasn't able to find anything of use on the uninstall script aspect of InstallShield,.. i'll keep looking and let you know. Maybe someone else on the community has done this before?

Lastly, I agree that this isn't the most ideal solution, but I've done all I can.. and NI does use the Product Suggestion Centre as a source of improvements. I will also file up from an NI point of view.

Kind Regards

Hi James,

Thanks for all your help, I do appreciate your efforts. Apologies if I sounded unimpressed in my last post, but lately I do seem to be coming across daily issues with LabVIEW that no-one seems able to solve.

I'll take a look at InstallShield and see what can be done to edit the uninstaller.

Many thanks again! Smiley Happy
