When you print something a window will become available in the system tray that will show the status of the print job. Normally this window stays closed.
With Win7, go to the Devices and Printers window, and double click on your default printer. This will take you to a different screen. Look for a link that says "See what's printing". Click on that and it will open the print monitor window. If you have nothing enqueued waiting to be printed, this window should be empty.

Oh ok, my printing que has quite a few items in it.

ah HA! Ok, so your printouts are getting as far as the queue -- which means the issue is with the printer. What is the print status for the various print jobs?

The oldest one has the status "Printing" whereas the rest of the column is empty.

Ok, well let's clear that queue out and try again, right click on each item and select Cancel from the menu.
In the first screen you came to when you double-clicked the default printer in the Devices and Printers window, what was the printer status that is showing?
Also in the Devices and Printers window, right click on the default printer and select "Printer Properties". In the resulting dialog box, click the "Print Test Page" button. Do you get a test page printed?

Alright, I cleared the queue of all the files it was waiting on and every time I deleted one it moved the status of the printer to printing the oldest file in the list. Double clicking on the default printer just brings me to the now empty print queue. After all of that I tried printing a test page but that did not work either. I will get the tech department over here to try and hook the printer up correctly as that and not the program seems to be the issue. Thanks to all of you for your help again!

Not a problem, this at least proves that the problem is "out there" and not with your program.

This is probably redundant but thanks yet again for all of your help! I had the techs go into the system as an admin and reset the drivers for the printer. It was very helpful of you people to make sure that my program wasn't the issue!
