Resume by Labview trigger after a computer standby

It is possible resume a computer by a Labview trigger condition if the system (Windows XP) is in a standby?

You can't run any programs on a computer while it's in standby mode. You can send a wake-up message from another computer through the LAN though. See Wake-on-LAN
