Row Col To Range Format.vi missing

Is a 2009/2011/2013 copy of this VI available anywhere?     We had a software package built that uses the 2011 version of this VI, which still works, but we'd like to update it, but can't build it because this VI is missing.     It appears to be the only missing dependancy.    I found a link via google for the v 5.1 version, but that's too old to load into Labview 2013..

What does this do?  There is an Excel Set Excel Location (on the Excel Advanced palette) that takes Row, Col and gives A1 Cell address ...

Never mind, I found it (I think).  Is this it (in LabVIEW 2013)?  I saved it as a Snippet, so it should "drag" into a 2013 Block Diagram ...

That was a subVI included in the examples. From your old program that you have in whatever source code control system you are using, you can get it and add it to your project.
