SCXI-1600 support LabVIEW2012SP1

I just upgraded to LV12SP1 and Device Drivers Feb 12. This morning I plugged into a clients SCXI1001 via USB to a SCXI-1600. MAX doesn't see the chassis or the 1600, and Windows Device Manager says my device driver needs to be upgraded. Is SCXI still supported with 2012SP1?

Search for SCXI-1600.  That particular device is not supported on some versions of Windows.  I do not recall the specifics but know that there is information on the Forums or the Knowledge Base.

Okay two laptops running Win7 64-bit are having this issue (cannot see SCXI-1600) but an industrial PC running Win7 32-bit has no problem. So the question is how do I install the device drivers on a 64-bit system so that USB daq devices can be read? Thanx
