Salvare in excel preimpostato

Salve a tutti, 

vorrei salvare alcuni dati numerici in excel ma vorrei inserirli a partire da una certa riga in poi. Questo per poterli scrivere in un format di excel già precompilato.

Use the RGT functions and your existing Excel file as template.

(I guess you talk about XLS* files, do you?)
